Toto’s came to our rescue in the summer of this year. Our au pair left very suddenly and we were completely stuck without one. Toto’s immediately came back to us with several suitable applicants and as soon as we decided which one was suitable we called them that night and the au pair arrived the following week. We have never experienced such an efficient and friendly service and they were immediately on hand when we needed them. Thank you Toto’s!!!

We offer a support network to our families and au pairs, with social events, a welcome pack to help you know what to expect from your au pair and how you can gain most from their stay. Keeping in close contact and introducing new au pairs to existing ones in their area also helps to stop them from feeling too home sick.

Also, in accordance with our terms and conditions of business, we offer a replacement scheme should you not be happy with our placement for any reason, and extensive support should this be the case. Working to the Home Office and IAPA guidelines, we work closely with our partner agencies and with the British consulates to ensure throrough reference checks, and personal interviews with all our au pairs to offer the safety and security of working with an established agency.
